This Privacy Policy explains how FresnoSoft ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Mochi Mountain (the "Game"). We built Mochi Mountain to be safe and fun for players of all ages, and we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Game.

1. Information we collect

• On your device only: game progress (best scores, stars, gems, collected Mochlings, owned themes, settings, language). This is stored locally in a save file on your device and is not sent to us.
• Anonymous gameplay analytics: non-identifying events such as "game started", "level merged", or "daily reward claimed", used to improve the Game. These contain no name, email, or precise location.
• Advertising data: if ads are shown, our advertising partner may process a device advertising identifier and standard technical data to deliver and measure ads. See "Third-party services" below.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and we do not require an account to play.

2. Children's privacy

Mochi Mountain is family-friendly and may be played by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are served to audiences that may include children, we instruct our advertising partner to treat the request as child-directed and to serve only age-appropriate, non-personalized ads, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy, and the EU GDPR. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

• To run, save, and restore your game progress on your device.
• To understand aggregate gameplay trends and fix problems.
• To show and measure advertising (only if you have not purchased "Remove Ads").
• To process in-app purchases through the app store.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed by the platform store (Google Play / Apple App Store). We never receive or store your payment details; the store handles billing and provides us only the purchase status.

5. Third-party services

The Game may use the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Analytics provider (anonymous usage metrics)
• Google Play / Apple App Store (distribution & payments)

6. Data sharing & retention

We do not sell your personal information. Anonymous analytics are retained only as long as useful for product improvement. Your local save lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

7. Your choices & rights

• You can reset advertising personalization in your device settings.
• Purchasing "Remove Ads" stops ad requests.
• Deleting the Game removes all locally stored progress.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete data — contact us to exercise them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
